The results of Allie’s EGD were inconclusive.

Now we are going to treat her as if it were positive and hope that the symptoms go away. Lovely.

No more gluten. It just happens, however, that gluten is in just.about.everything.

Bread. Creamed corn. Pringles. Toothpaste (yes, toothpaste).

It’s very frustrating…and very expensive.

$5.00 for a tiny loaf of gluten-free bread…that will only last about 5 days…and must be stored in the freezer.

Time to look for a bread-maker.
