Well, I was spared the bullet. I lucked into another position at Sprint.
I had asked Gerry if she knew of anyone that was hiring. Oddly enough, she did!
It seemed to be similar to what I already like to do, (VBA, Access, reporting) according to her description, but the actual job posting read like a program manager.
I applied anyways and got the job!
And a raise!
And a promotion!
I’m now a SME!!!
Lots of prayers went into this and I knew…just KNEW that it was the right thing to do.
Coincidentally, Tassie’s dad got a job offer today, too! I’m glad for him. he’s been out of work since August. YUK!
