Family of the Year

I saw the Examiner newspaper at the library and glanced at it. It detailed the Family of the Year nominees.

The Erickson Family –

The Erickson family is a most loving and giving family. They work hard together to support each other in good and bad times. They have their share of challenges with health and financial issues. The whole family works together to do yard work and home chores, to help Dad who works multiple jobs, and to help Mom who has health problems and does day care to help with finances. Allie , the youngest, has diabetes and all of the children look out for her and help with her care. The Ericksons are an awesome family.

I’d sure love to know who nominated us but even if I never learn, it’s nice to know that people think highly of our family.
