When i was in high school, I could eat just about anything and I would stay the same weight. As I get older, though, it does not work the same way. I am now almost 210 and gaining.

Tassie and I did one of her exercise dvds Monday and I learned two things:
1 – I am super out of shape and
2 – my knee is getting worse.

I could not even do some of the exercises because they killed my knee…pain like I’ve never felt.

Getting old sucks.
