I’ve pretty much avoided writing about this, because it makes me incredibly sad…
I looked at my phone today and it says :23 days until Jon goes to the MTC.”
See, he turned in his papers and got his call. He’s going to the Nevada Las Vegas mission. When I put that on my phone, it showed something like 89 days. I can’t believe how quickly those days have dwindled.
I’m the type that kind of ignores things thinking they will resolve themselves…turns out this isn’t the kind of thing that resolves itself. He will be gone in 23 days. 12:45 PM on Mary 29th we drop him off.
I miss him already.
